3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pos4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pos4d support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3.4 Account Closure. pos4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or bonus abuse.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pos4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally supported methods: BCA, BRI, BN I, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata (bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet), and Visa / Mastercard (international card). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Member tier. VIP members are entitled to elevated transaction limits as described in the VIP programme documentation available upon request.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are credited to the Member's account within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited within 2 minutes. pos4d does not charge any platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pos4d bears no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted between 05:00 and 23:00 WIB are processed within 15–30 minutes for standard accounts and within 10 minutes for Silver tier and above VIP accounts. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next processing window. pos4d reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or where a security review is in progress.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pos4d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pos4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the pos4d platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pos4d does not support cryptocurrency transactions.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by pos4d are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is communicated. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive the pos4d welcome bonus up to Rp 1.000.000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 5x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered through the applicable number of times stated in the relevant promotion before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.4 Bonus Abuse. pos4d operates sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through linked accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus-cleared balance, systematic exploitation of low-margin games to clear wagering requirements, and any other strategy that pos4d determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse of the promotional system. Where bonus abuse is identified, pos4d reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the Member's account.
5.5 Promotional Eligibility. pos4d reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its discretion. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players only and are not transferable.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the pos4d platform are sourced from certified third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited. pos4d does not modify game logic or payout percentages. 6.2 Sportsbook Betting. 10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pos4d's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusions. pos4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pos4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Third-Party Content. pos4d is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party game studios, payment providers, or any other third-party service integrated into the Platform.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by pos4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. 12.1 Right to Amend. pos4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
